What are the most profitable shop or other runs in P2P? What are the most profitable shop runs in P2P RS3 these days? I know it changes so the time just want to go the best route.

Runes, broad arrow heads, magic shops, anything else?

- Yak hide runs. Shop price is 50gp per and they typically sell on the g.e. for 500gp each. 450k profit per day although I typically stock pile and dump before dxp.

- Rune shops. Lunar Isle/Yanille/Al -Kharid/Varrock. Buy all runes besides Law, Chaos & Death.(might be missing other runes to not purchase so price check each of them against the shop price to verify)

- Buy feathers/feather packs. There are a lot of shops. Wiki that.

- From the wilderness general store you can get broad arrows, reinforcing plates, algerian thread, and ___ orb(red orbs). all buy for around 450k ea. Forgive my spelling as I am at work and cannot look up the actual names of these items.

You also need to be skulled to access the OSRS gold store. (you can talk to Mr. Ex in Edgeville to skull yourself)

Those are usually all the shops that I hit up daily. The only items I usually sell immediately are the ones from the wilderness general store aside from the broad bolts which I keep for personal training. The rest I tend to stockpile and sell around dxp.

It's worth noting that feathers aren't actual profitable anymore. A few months ago, they crashed tremendously after an update. Right now I'm sitting on 200k feathers that I can't sell without taking a massive loss.

They're definitely profitable lol. Right now, the g.e. price of feathers is 8gp. The 1k stacks have always been 6gp per feather and the feather packs are 7.5gp per feather.

Now, they did decrease in value, true. However, they are profitable. They may have dipped over dxp weekend with everyone dumping. That's expected to happen especially if you sell too late but, at the time of your post and my post; profitable.

Edit: if you are sitting on 200k feathers that you got from shop runs, you aren't losing money. You're profiting as you bought them for 6 - 7.5gp ea.
