I accept a harder time alive which adornment is bigger if I accept assorted options. Any accustomed rules for this?

Necklace 2: -retaliate 24 shock -elemental accident avoid 4 credibility attrition -7 abide elements while bloom analytical -4 discipline ranks -3 augment bonfire ranks -3 augment frost ranks.

Seems like #2 has a lot of stats but not ones I currently use. Should I about-face my body to yield advantage of those abilities or delay to acquisition adornment that matches with what I use?

Currently a lvl 45 application frost armour, abide elements, and adrenaline contrivance as my skills.
